競賽辦法(中文組M、英文組E、中英組ME)

一、 競賽資格:

對象:中華民國台灣與日本之大專校院在學學生(大學及碩、博士生),不限校系、不限年級、不限國籍及領域,可跨校/系組隊參賽。

組隊:每一隊2~7名同學(報名後只能刪,不得更換或替補)並預設隊長1名作為主辦單位之聯繫窗口,每隊指導教授/業界專家至多2位。

本競賽開放學生重複報名,但不能在同場次、且提案內容不能相同、隊長亦不能重複擔任其他組隊長(主辦單位保留最終解釋、修改權利)。

二、 競賽規則:

有意參賽的同學,必須選擇一個有興趣的議題,進行深度的資訊搜集與脈絡理解,鼓勵以不同背景的團隊成員(建議單一團隊內至少涵蓋一位跨學院的同學)組成隊伍,跨校、跨院所聯合提案尤佳。

參與競賽之同學,需(1)隨時注意競賽網頁的更新訊息;(2)提案需遵從各主題所提之命題;(3)遵守競賽注意事項與智慧財產權聲明;(4)本次競賽可利用人工智慧(AI)技術做為輔助,若過程中有使用人工智慧(AI)協助產出文字、圖片等,需於使用處標註使用之AI軟體及使用範圍,並取得相關使用授權,以避免違反使用條款或著作權法規定,若賽後受到檢舉,或有任何違反相關條款事宜,主辦方得要求出具證明,確定違反時得追回款項。

競賽期程及相關繳交資料規定:

1、活動報名日期為9月1日,報名截止日期為11月6日,初賽繳件截止日期為11月18日,主辦單位收到報名後將於3個工作天內回覆是否報名成功。

2、繳件方式:初賽資料必需上傳  提案計劃書 、 團隊參賽切結書 、 學生證影本/在學證明影本 ,請下載制定格式填寫上傳。

提案計畫書:依照命題語言撰寫計畫書,命題編號標註M請以中文撰寫;E以英文撰寫;ME可擇中文或英文,建議涵蓋需求洞察、創意計畫構想、目標對象、市場調查分析、目標設定及執行規劃,提案之內容須以各命題為主軸。計畫書格式為不包含封面4~10頁內,字型不限,標題字體自行決定,主文內容字體大小12 pt,行距為單行間距。邊界:上下2.5行、左右3行。

相關補充資料:初賽可選擇性提供相關補充資料,呈現方式不拘(例如:影片、海報等),若補充資料若為影片,可拍攝發想內容介紹,影片長度3分鐘內,影片標題請設定為「團隊名稱_2026永續智慧創新黑客松競賽」,於上傳計畫書時一併將網址附上,並請放置YouTube,設置不公開。

3、晉級名單將於12月初前公佈於此官方網頁,晉級之隊伍需於12月13日(六)於中國醫藥大學進行決賽,決賽當天需準備投影片,報告方式除了簡報外,可依照所需不限呈現方式(戲劇、影片、繪圖、海報、模型等),時間限制為15分鐘(簡報10分鐘,5分鐘QA);報告語言需依計畫書要求。

三、 評分標準:

每場次評分標準可依各個主題評審之決議決定評分標準以及比重,強烈建議要參與該命題說明會或是觀看錄影檔,下列為參考評分標準,實際評分標準依照該場次評審之共識決議。

提案完整性:30%。

技術可行性:20%。

作品創新性:20%。

預期社會影響力:30%。

四、 競賽獎項:

每一場次(命題目標)取前三名,獎金依序為:

🥇第一名:15,000元。

🥈第二名:12,000元。

🥉第三名:10,000元。

得獎者需配合主辦單位,填寫並提供相關書面文件,並遵守中華民國所得稅法、各類所得扣繳率標準及全民健康保險扣取及繳納補充保險費等相關法令之規定,由主辦單位代為扣繳稅額。

得獎團隊若為平均領取,需提供所有隊員相關書面文件以處理核銷事宜;若為代表領取,所得將歸戶於代表者,主辦單位不參與隊內平分事宜。

以上辦法主辦單位保有調整、修改之權利,若有相關疑問請先與主辦方聯絡。

Competition Rules: Mandarin Track (M), English Track (E) & Mandarin/English (ME)

I. Eligibility

  • Target Audience: Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate (Master’s/Ph.D.) students from colleges and universities in Taiwan (ROC) and Japan. No restrictions on school, department, grade, nationality, or field of study. Cross-school and cross-department teams are welcome.
  • Team Structure: 2–7 members per team. (Once registered, members can only be removed; replacements or substitutes are not allowed.) One member must be designated as the team leader to serve as the main contact person for the organizer. Each team may have a maximum of 2 faculty or industry advisors.
  • Multiple Entries: Students are allowed to register for multiple entries. However, they cannot participate in the same session, proposals must be distinct, and team leaders cannot serve as the leader for more than one team. (The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.)

II. Competition Rules

Participating students must select a topic of interest, conduct in-depth research, and build contextual understanding. Interdisciplinary teams are strongly encouraged (it is recommended that each team includes at least one member from a different college). Cross-school and cross-department joint proposals are preferred.

Participants are required to:

  1. Frequently check the official competition website for updates.
  2. Ensure their proposals align with the prompt of their chosen topic.
  3. Comply with all competition guidelines and intellectual property statements.
  4. AI Policy: AI tools may be used as assistance for this competition. If AI tools are used to generate text, images, or other materials, the specific AI software and the scope of its use must be explicitly cited, and appropriate licensing must be obtained to avoid violating terms of service or copyright laws. If reported after the competition or found in violation of relevant terms, the organizer may request proof. Upon confirmation of a violation, the organizer reserves the right to revoke and claw back any prize money.

Schedule & Submission Guidelines:

  • Key Dates: Registration opens on September 1 and closes on November 6. The deadline for Preliminary Round submissions is November 18. The organizer will confirm successful registration via email within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Submission Method: Preliminary Round materials must be uploaded using the official templates provided. Required documents include: Proposal, Team Declaration Statement, and Photocopies of Student IDs / Proof of Enrolment.
    • Proposal Guidelines: Draft your proposal in the language assigned to the topic (Topics with “M" must be Mandarin; “E" must be in English; “ME" can be either Mandarin or English). Key recommended sections include Need Insights, Creative Concept, Target Audience, Market Analysis, Target Setting, and Execution Plan. Proposals must focus on the given topic. Format: 4–10 pages (excluding the cover page). Font type is unrestricted; heading font size is up to you. Body text must be 12 pt with single line spacing. Margins: top/bottom 2.5 lines, left/right 3 lines.
    • Supplementary Materials (Optional): Optional materials may be submitted in any format (e.g., videos, posters). Video introductions of your concept must be under 3 minutes, titled "Team Name_2026 Sustainability Hackathon", set to “Unlisted" on YouTube, and submitted via a link alongside the proposal.
  • Finals: Finalists will be announced on the official website by early December. Finalist teams must present in person on Saturday, December 13 at China Medical University. Presentations must include slides, but teams are free to use additional presentation formats (drama, video, drawing, posters, models, etc.). Time limit: 15 minutes (10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A) and speak the language according to the topic requirements.

III. Evaluation Criteria

Criteria and weightings may be adjusted per session based on the judges’ consensus for each topic. Attending the topic orientation or watching the recording is strongly recommended. The reference criteria are:

  • Proposal Completeness: 30%
  • Technical Feasibility: 20%
  • Innovation & Creativity: 20%
  • Expected Social Impact: 30%

IV. Awards & Prizes

The top three teams for each topic session will receive:

  • 🥇 1st Place: NT$ 15,000
  • 🥈 2nd Place: NT$ 12,000
  • 🥉 3rd Place: NT$ 10,000

Winners must assist the organizer by submitting necessary documentation and comply with applicable ROC tax laws, withholding tax standards, and National Health Insurance supplementary premium regulations. Tax withholdings will be managed by the organizer.

If a winning team elects to split the prize equally among members, all members must submit required paperwork for reimbursement. If a designated representative collects the prize, the income will be filed under that individual, and the organizer will not intervene in internal distribution.
